PURCHASE A MIRACLE BALLOON AT COSTCO IN SEPTEMBER!

Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho Costco Warehouses Recognize that Kids’ Can’t Wait this Year

Children and their families are being affected directly and indirectly by this pandemic. We know we can address the most challenging health issues of today while preventing and preparing for those to come. But we can’t do it alone.

During the month of September when you’re checking out at any register at Costco, make a donation to help kids like Levi. At 4 years old, Levi tested positive for influenza B, the adenovirus, pneumonia, strep and necrotizing pneumonia. He spent 51 days on ECMO which is a form of life support that was used to mimic his lungs, giving his organs time to heal. Hospital officials said that’s longer than any other child at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. Levi also broke international records in his age group for the length of treatment. Without the ECMO treatment, Levi would have died. This life-saving equipment was purchased with money raised through Children’s Miracle Network Campaigns like Costco.

Kids like Levi can’t wait. For a cure. For a vaccine. Or to transform how we meet the most urgent needs and save more lives.

The Costco balloon campaign runs September 1 – 30 where funds stay local to directly help kids in our community. Since 1988, Costco employees and members have donated more than $2 MILLION for kids treated at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital.

Thank you for donating today. When we change kids’ health, we change the future – for all of us.
