Costco is Helping Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital Change Kids’ Health May 1-31!

Local children’s hospitals are on the frontlines when protecting the health of future generations. But they can’t do it alone. Each dollar that Costco and its members raise through Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals) improves kids’ health, allowing them to grow to their full potential.

In May, you can help to change kids’ health for local children’s hospitals through CMN Hospitals during the annual Costco fundraising campaign. Shop online or in-warehouse at Costco, donate to help kids like Mira. Mira’s journey began before birth, with a diagnosis of a cleft lip and palate. Born prematurely, she spent her first 11 weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit. The challenges continued as feeding difficulties arose, but the Maxillofacial Program at Sacred Heart, supported by Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, provided unwavering support. Through surgeries, therapies, and the compassionate care of the cleft team, Mira thrived. She is now a happy, vibrant, silly 5-year-old who can’t wait to start Kindergarten next year!

Thanks to donations, Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital provided specialized care and equipment, empowering Mira to overcome challenges and thrive.

The Costco fundraising campaign runs May 1-31, where funds go to local children’s hospitals through CMN Hospitals to directly help kids, like Mira, have a life full of wonder and possibility in our community. In 2024, Costco employees and members donated almost $500k for kids treated at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital.
