Are you a gamer who is looking for ways to give back to your local community? Now more than ever Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital needs support!
For twelve years, people from all over the world have come together to play games and heal kids through Extra Life. Through our annual Extra Life United event, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is once again gathering charity gamers in support of sick and injured kids.
Due to recent events regarding COVID-19, Extra Life United: Online Edition will be a completely virtual and free event – allowing people to participate from the comfort and safety of their own homes!
What: Extra Lifeis a peer-to-peer fundraising program for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Local gamers have raised funds since 2008 #ForTheKids treated at our children’s hospital — raising more than $1,480,123 in 2019 alone!
When: The event will be held April 7-9, 2020 where the gamers everywhere are invited to put their gaming skills to work, winning funds from a $150,000 USD prize pool for local children’s hospitals. Participants will also be encouraged to host additional fundraising live streams to unlock premium gaming incentives.
