Last month, Marriott International hotels across the country delighted guests by celebrating Root Beer Float Day with a purpose — supporting Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. This heartwarming initiative saw communities come together to enjoy frothy, delicious root beer floats, all while raising funds for local children’s hospitals.

Here in Spokane, the fantastic team at the Emporium, nestled within the historic Davenport Hotels, truly outdid themselves. Their creativity and dedication resulted in a celebration that was both sweet and meaningful, serving up root beer floats to benefit Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. The event was more than just a treat; it was a testament to the power of community and compassion. The Davenport donated 50% of their proceeds from the Root Beer Floats to our Children’s Hospital and we are so grateful!
