Walmart Campaign Kicks-Off!

Yesterday Walmart Store Champions, managers, assistant managers, and store associates all gathered at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. We celebrated the successes of the 2018 campaign and got geared up for the 2019 campaign. Ideas were shared, goals were set, and competition was established. Last year, Walmart raised over $210k for our community. Based on the goals that each store set for 2019, they are foretasted to raise over $270k this year! Out of the 18 stores in our market, we had 15 stores represented – over 50 people! We finished off the kick-off with a tour of the children’s hospital. It was a really meaningful way to show Walmart first hand how they are making a difference.
