Checking In with Miracle Network Dance Marathon – October 2016
It’s been a busy start to the fall semester for many Miracle Network Dance Marathon programs! Here’s just a few examples of the great work being done #ForTheKids!
Fundraising:
MU Miracle at Mercer University recruited the Mercer Men’s Lacrosse team to participate in a competition with Furman Men’s Lacrosse to see which team can raise the most for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals! The team has set a goal to raise $15,000 by Oct. 31st and is well on their way!

Dance Marathon at Southern Methodist University set a goal to raise $3.1K in one day to recognize the 31 days they have until their event. Great to see how they used the Miracle Network Dance Marathon flame logo on campus to spread the word!

Campus Involvement:
University of Cincinnati Dance Marathon created a #DefineUCDM campaign during their campus’ Homecoming Week to share facts about their hospital tied to campus statistics.

Seattle University Dance Marathon has been doing a great job tying the celebration of their 10th year on campus into their publicity efforts with the hashtag #DecadeOfDM. It’s also their university’s 125th anniversary and they’re doing well inserting themselves into the campus-wide #SU125 campaign.
