This exclusive and premier dining event is presented by The Inland Northwest Culinary Academy. If you have been a part of the Chef’s Culinary Classic in the past, then you know we will lavish you with gourmet foods, fine wines and fabulous auction packages.

The yearlong menu planning and pairing process is what makes this event so remarkable. Seven carefully thought-out courses of exquisite dishes are paired perfectly with outstanding wines from around the world – all for the benefit of children in our community.

Right now, local children are being cared for at Sacred Heart Children’s Hospital. Hearts are healed, broken bones are mended, and tender care is given to every child who needs it. We hope you can join us and help make a difference in the lives of thousands of children.
